The prices for lodging mentioned above are per day. You’ll be charged from the day you drop off your furry friend, no matter the time. If you pick them up before noon, there won’t be a daily charge. However, if it’s after noon, a daily charge will be added. Thanks for your understanding!
Deposits
A deposit equal to one night’s lodging, based on room occupancy, is required at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable if a reservation is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. If changes are made within 48 hours of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that add-ons such as playtimes, treats, or spa services are not included in the deposit.
Special Care Lodging
We care deeply about the well-being and safety of your furry friends. Rest assured, we are more than happy to cater to pets with special medical needs. Please note that the rates below are in addition to the base lodging pricing mentioned earlier. These rates apply from the day of check-in until the day of check-out, regardless of your specific check-in or check-out time. Your pet’s individual requirements are always prioritized.
Level 1 – Pets with the following conditions or requirements will be cared for at an additional $10.00 per day.
- Require extra monitoring and must be lodged at Tipp City Veterinary Hospital
- Pets requiring an inhaler or requiring four or more different medications (ie. oral, ear, eye, topical) during their stay
Level 2 – Pets with the following conditions or requirements will be cared for at an additional $15.00 per day.
- Diabetic guests requiring injections
- Post-surgery recovery requiring extra care
- Pets requiring four or more different medications (ie. oral, ear, eye, topical) during their stay
- Pets requiring the use of an inhaler or other respiratory treatments
Time-Based – Our professional team can provide Special Care outside the scenarios listed above (e.g., post-op rehab exercises for pets recovering from surgery). Pricing is calculated by estimating the amount of time necessary to complete the Special Care at a rate of $10.00 per 15 minutes/day. For example, if a pet needs to complete 15 minutes of post-op physical therapy twice per day, the price would be $20.00 per day.
