Exotic Lodging

Providing exceptional care is our game, because being simply good isn’t our claim to fame.

At Tipp to Tail Pet Resort, we’re super stoked to provide top-notch care for avian and exotic pets. We’ve got a bunch of experienced doctors who are totally into the whole avian and exotic pet care thing. So you know your unique companions are in great hands! Our team is dedicated to keeping up with the latest research and information to help you care for your unique pet. Birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, geckos, you name it!

We’re here to make sure your pet receives the specialized care they need.

We love taking care of dogs and cats, but we’re also here for your exotic or unusual pets! To keep them healthy and happy, we suggest bringing them in for a yearly wellness exam to prevent any future illnesses or diseases. Some of the cool exotic pets we’ve cared for include (but not limited to):

Exotic Lodging Services Include

When your buddy’s staying with us, please remember to bring their individual housing, their cozy bedding, food and water bowls, and of course, their favorite treats. It’s all about creating a familiar environment for our exotic friends – it really makes a world of difference!

Per enclosure, per day – $30.00
Lodging Membership
At Tipp to Tail, we’ve got you covered with our Lodging Membership for just $120.00 a year (12-month period starting from enrollment). It’s a great deal that you won’t want to miss! Remember, Lodging Memberships cannot be refunded or transferred. Here are some awesome benefits you’ll enjoy with your membership:

  • Get ahead on your future cozy hideaways! Our members schedule overnight lodging stays whenever they please, while non-members can only plan 30-days in advance. Time to join the exclusive club!
  • Early weekday check-in and check-out starting at 6:30AM (Monday-Friday)
  • You get priority booking if you’re on the waiting list for a last-minute reservation!
  • All the pets in the member’s household can enjoy the awesome perks of membership benefits!
Scheduling Overnight Lodging
Why wait? With Tipp to Tail’s Lodging Membership (see above for details), you can schedule overnight stays way ahead of time, breaking free from the default 30-day limit. Move over, time constraints!
Vaccination Requirements
The health and safety of your pet are extremely important to us, which is why we require all pet resort guests to be up-to-date on vaccines. We closely follow the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and many other veterinary organizations that show the importance of vaccines in protecting our pets against contagious and deadly diseases. The following vaccines are required to have been completed (including any necessary booster doses) at least two weeks before arrival for all applicable pet resort guests:

Ferrets

  • Rabies – within the previous 12 months
  • Distemper – within the previous 12 months
Health Assurance Program

Our Health Assurance Program is just $10.00 per pet, per lodging stay. It covers up to $500 in reimbursement for covered illnesses or injuries during your fur baby’s stay at Tipp to Tail Pet Resort.
