• Single Occupancy (per day, per suite) – $42.00

The prices for lodging mentioned above are per day. You’ll be charged from the day you drop off your furry friend, no matter the time. If you pick them up before noon, there won’t be a daily charge. However, if it’s after noon, a daily charge will be added. Thanks for your understanding!

Special Care Lodging

We care deeply about the well-being and safety of your furry friends. Rest assured, we are more than happy to cater to pets with special medical needs. Please note that the rates below are in addition to the base lodging pricing mentioned earlier. These rates apply from the day of check-in until the day of check-out, regardless of your specific check-in or check-out time. Your pet’s individual requirements are always prioritized.

Level 1 – Pets with the following conditions or requirements will be cared for at an additional $10.00 per day.

• Require extra monitoring and must be lodged at Tipp City Veterinary Hospital
• Pets requiring an inhaler or requiring four or more different medications (ie. oral, ear, eye, topical) during their stay

Level 2 – Pets with the following conditions or requirements will be cared for at an additional $15.00 per day.

• Diabetic guests requiring injections
• Post-surgery recovery requiring extra care
• Pets requiring four or more different medications (ie. oral, ear, eye, topical) during their stay
• Pets requiring the use of an inhaler or other respiratory treatments
• Canines under 50 lbs. that are non-ambulatory or needing assistance to stand or walk

Level 3 – Pets with the following conditions or requirements will be cared for at an additional $20.00 per day.

• Canines over 50 lbs. that are non-ambulatory or needing assistance to stand or walk

Time-Based – Our professional team can provide Special Care outside the scenarios listed above (e.g., special feeding protocols for pets with Megaesophagus or post-op rehab exercises for pets recovering from surgery). Pricing is calculated by estimating the amount of time necessary to complete the Special Care at a rate of $10.00 per 15 minutes/day. For example, if the Special Care feeding protocols for a pet with Megaesophagus take approximately 15 minutes per meal and the pet needs to eat 4 meals per day, the price would be $40.00 per day.

• Extra Potty Break – $4.00 ($2.00 for additional family pets)
• Group Playtime – $14.00 ($7.00 for additional family pets) **To qualify for participation in group socialization during an overnight stay, guests must pass an evaluation and come for at least two group socialization daycare visits within 30 days of the overnight stay
• Individual Enrichment Session – $12.00 ($6.00 for additional family pets)
• Peanut Butter Kong – $4.00
• Raised Bed (daily) – $5.00

Normally, you can only book overnight stays up to 30 days in advance. But with Tipp to Tail’s Lodging Membership (check above for details), you can schedule lodging for any future date. Cool, right?

The health and safety of your pet are extremely important to us, which is why we require all pet resort guests to be up-to-date on vaccines. We closely follow the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and many other veterinary organizations that show the importance of vaccines in protecting our pets against contagious and deadly diseases. The following vaccines are required to have been completed (including any necessary booster doses) at least two weeks before arrival for all canine pet resort guests:

• Rabies – within the previous 12 months or three years, depending on the vaccine type
• Distemper – within the previous 12 months or three years, depending on the vaccine type
• Kennel Cough (Bordetella) – within the previous 12 months
• Leptospirosis – within the previous 12 months
• Canine Influenza (Dog Flu) – must be vaccinated for both strains (H3N8 and H3N2 ) within the previous 12 months
• Negative Fecal Screening – within the previous 12 months (for guests participating in group socialization)

**Puppies must be as current as they can be in the series in alignment with the 2022 AAHA Canine Vaccination Guidelines based on their age.**

Our Health Assurance Program is just $10.00 per pet, per lodging stay. It covers up to $500 in reimbursement for covered illnesses or injuries during your fur baby’s stay at Tipp to Tail Pet Resort.
